Recently, the finals of the Beijing round (Higher Education Postgraduate Group) of the 2nd National College Student Career Planning Competition concluded successfully at our university. Xi Yajun, a graduate student from NCMS represented USTB in the competition. With her career goal set as a Materials Algorithm Engineer, she delivered a comprehensive presentation covering industry insights, job role understanding, and professional competencies. After intense competition in both the preliminary and final rounds, she was honored with the Silver Award!
